The staff at Apartmani Svetionik, particularly Marina, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. They guided us to our reserved parking spot, which was a great convenience. The location of the property is excellent, with close proximity to multiple beaches, including one right in front of the building. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, overlooking the sea and the beautiful Rafailovici/Becici riviera. The spacious bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-cooking, including a large fridge with ice. The overall size of the apartment was a plus, and the terrace was the highlight. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the staff quickly addressed them and replaced the broken umbrella.

The apartment, though spacious, was outdated and in need of updates and maintenance. Some things were not functioning properly, such as the blinds, air conditioning unit, and certain switches on the wall.

The location of the apartment was unbeatable really close to Budva and the beach. Additionally, the venue was 5 minutes walk from Kamenovo and it was good for us. Hosts were helpful and kind, even gave us room for a family vacation.

My family and I had a magnificent stay at Apartmani Svetionik. the breathtaking sea and city view from the gigantic balcony were absolutely stunning. the apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with more amenities than we expected. the hospitality was top-notch, with the staff always wearing sincere smiles. the location was perfect, as the beach, supermarket, bars, and restaurants were all just a few steps away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cons: Not one thing 🌟.

We had a wonderful stay in Budva. The location of the apartment was perfect, as it was very close to a nice rocky beach and within walking distance to other beaches. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a great terrace where we could enjoy the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service and fresh towels. it was a great experience.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! We had a stunning view and it was so convenient to have two beautiful beaches nearby. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Plus, there were plenty of grocery stores and fantastic restaurants close by. We also loved that we had all the necessary amenities in our room.

One thing that bothered us was that our passports were kept for a longer period than expected. It made us quite concerned.

Just returned from a fantastic family trip at Apartmani Svetionik. Stayed for a week. The views were unparalleled and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The location was superb, with a beautiful, uncrowded beach just steps away and great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
